What is CRI?  
CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED panel, the CRI is mostly 70-75Ra, and 80Ra with higher cost.

Our MOQ EXW is 100 pcs; MOQ FOB is 1000pcs.

Can I get free sample?
You can buy sample for test. We will return the sample fee to you after order confirmation.
 
Why does my LED panel not work properly in extreme temperatures?
Any temperature below -20° or above 40 °may cause LED light to flicker, dim, change color, or cease to function. Once the LED light is returned to an operational environment it should began to work properly. 
 
Can I put my logo on my packaging?
Yes, you can put your logo on it and try our best to satisfy your request.
 
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?

Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. if mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
